The water moves slow out here. Moss hangs off the cypress, something rustles in the grass, and the only thing on a schedule is you. Here's what a trip with us looks like.
Cypress and still water
We take the narrow waterways where the trees close in overhead and the water goes flat as glass. It's the part of the state the highway never shows you.
Gators, herons, and whatever else turns up
Alligators, egrets, herons, turtles, snakes sunning on a log. Wild animals don't keep appointments, but we know where they like to be.
Stories along the way
Family history, how people made a living out here, a few jokes, and answers to whatever you feel like asking. No script, no recording.

Out on the water
No two trips look the same. The light changes, the water changes, and the animals go where they please.
Your guide
This isn't a fellow reading off a card while he drives the boat. It's somebody who has been coming out here his whole life, showing you the place he knows best and telling you about it the way he'd tell a neighbor.
Ask questions. Take your time. That's the point.
Before you come out
Nothing complicated. A few things that make the trip more comfortable.
- Dress easy Comfortable clothes, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat if the sun's out.
- Bring a camera Phone works fine. You'll want pictures.
- Come a little early Gives you time to park and get down to the dock without rushing.
- Watch the weather Storms can move tour times around. Safety first out on the water.

Will we see an alligator?
Usually, but we can't promise it. They're wild animals and they do what they want. We run through the spots where they're most often out.
Can we bring the kids?
Absolutely. It's built to be a trip the whole family can enjoy together. If you've got real little ones, give us a call and we'll talk it through.
What if the weather turns?
Safety comes first, so weather can change tour times or push a trip. If yours is affected, we'll get in touch and work out what's next with you.
Do you do private tours?
We do, when the boat's open. Families, groups, birthdays, anniversaries. Contact us for openings.
